The product

We sell phone cases personalised with a design you create yourself. Every case is made specifically for your order; nothing is held in stock.

Images on the site are indicative. There may be slight differences in tone between what your screen shows and the printed result, because no screen reproduces ink colours exactly.

Prices and tax

All prices are shown in euros including VAT at the applicable rate (21%), as required by article 60 of RLD 1/2007.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla fall outside mainland Spanish VAT territory. Prices for those destinations are shown without VAT, and local IGIC or IPSI plus any duties may apply, payable by the buyer.

Shipping costs are calculated before payment and shown itemised.

How ordering works

• You pick your phone model and case type.
• You create your design in the editor and return to the shop with a print-ready file.
• You enter your delivery details and choose a shipping method.
• You pay through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• You receive a confirmation email with your order number. That email is your proof of contract.

Payment

Payment is processed entirely on the platform of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details never pass through our servers.

An order does not enter production until Stripe confirms the payment.

Production and delivery times

We print and hand-check every case before it ships, normally within one to two working days of payment being confirmed.

Transit times depend on the method you choose and are shown at checkout. They are carrier estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer normally has fourteen calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

That right does NOT apply to personalised cases. Article 103.c of RLD 1/2007 excludes from withdrawal “the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised”. By confirming your order you acknowledge that your case is manufactured with your design and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

Guarantee and faulty goods

As a consumer you have a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under article 120 of RLD 1/2007.

If your case arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or does not match the design you approved, write to hola@snap-case.es within fourteen days of receiving it, quoting your order number and attaching a photograph. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you.

Responsibility for your design

You are responsible for the content you upload. We do not print designs that infringe copyright or trade marks, nor unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or pornographic content.

If we find such content we will cancel the order and refund you in full before printing.

Disputes

Send any complaint to hola@snap-case.es. We reply within one month at the latest.
