Shipping and delivery

We print to order, so production time comes on top of transit time. Here is the detail.

Production

We print, check and pack every case by hand. An order paid before midday will usually leave the following working day.

Destinations and transit times

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearics: 2-4 working days (standard) or 1-2 days (express).
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4-8 working days. Outside VAT territory: local IGIC/IPSI and duties may apply on arrival.
  • European Union: 4-7 working days.
  • Rest of the world: 7-15 working days. Import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping costs

The exact cost is calculated before you pay, based on destination and parcel weight. There are never surprises after payment.

Above a certain order value, standard delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearics is free. The exact threshold is shown in your cart.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. You can also check it any time on the tracking page using your order number and email address.

If something goes missing

If the parcel does not arrive within the expected window, write to us. We open a case with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, reprint and reship your order at no cost.
